Management Team
Bartlett has more than 30 years of experience in operations and financial management of companies ranging from FORTUNE 500 and global organizations to Internet start-ups. During his career, Bartlett was president of an international LBO and most recently held several executive positions within three CMGI, Inc. portfolio companies. Bartlett’s early experience includes over nine years with Pricewaterhousecoopers, an international professional services firm. Bartlett joined J&B in 2004, was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer in late 2005 and CEO in the fall of 2007. Bartlett is a CPA and received a BS Degree in Accounting and in Business Administration from American International College.
McShea is a twenty-eight year veteran of the payment processing and document imaging industry. Before joining J&B Software, McShea served as National Director, North American Partner Channel Group of Unisys Corporation where he directed all facets of Unisys Business Partner sales and marketing programs throughout the United States and Canada. As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for J&B Software, McShea is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with established J&B Software's clients as well as implementing new business development initiatives across North America. McShea holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Delaware Valley College, Doylestown, PA.
Before joining J&B Software, Ramakrishnan spent his career with the Tata Group - India's largest conglomerate and a pioneer in the field of IT services, consulting and business process outsourcing.
During his tenure at Tata, he was responsible for business development and management of IT services, joint venture relationships, partnership development, offshore services, and BPO services for financial and commercial organizations, and the public sector. Ramakrishnan ran the American operations for a Tata Company from 1993 to 2003. Prior to that, he was based in London for ten years responsible for the Company's European operations. Ramakrishnan holds a BS in physics, a BE degree in electrical engineering and an MBA in marketing. He is also an executive council member of the International Engineering Consortium.
A 15 year J&B Software veteran, Natraj has held variety of technology and business management positions. In his role as solutions director, Natraj provides strategic direction and oversight to J&B's installation services and product development and technology group. Natraj holds a bachelors of technology from BITS, India, masters of technology from Indian Institute of Technology, India and a master in business administration from St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia.
Kincade has over 20 years experience in payment processing; along with extensive experience in sales management and customer operations. John has functioned as J&B Software's vice president of operations and as manager of its lockbox division. Kincade was instrumental in making J&B a leader in the remittance industry. Prior to joining J&B, Kincade was an account executive for Unisys Corporation. He holds a BS degree in Marketing from Boston College.
Tom has spent virtually all of his career in item processing. Beginning with NCR Corporation, he held various Sales and Marketing positions. Subsequent to his employment with NCR, Tom was employed by Compusist, Inc as national sales manager. Compusist was a NCR marketing partner specializing in remittance processing solutions. He maintained this position until AT&T GIS purchased Compusist. Tom joined Unisys Corporation in 1995 as the program director Other Payment Systems for the Eastern Region. His last position with Unisys was program manager, Payment Systems, Remittance. Tom is presently the Director of Industry Solutions with J&B Software. Tom received a BBA in accounting from Temple University
Jim has spent his entire career in the financial services industry. Since 1999, he has held various positions selling and marketing B2B products and services to Fortune 500, public, non-profit and healthcare companies. Prior to joining J&B, Jim held both Director of Marketing and Director of Business Development positions at Clinical Financial Services offering remittance and payment services. Today, Jim is responsible for J&B's marketing mix, campaigns, branding and marketing strategy. Jim holds an MBA with a Marketing focus and a Dean's Certificate of Excellence from Temple University and a BA in Economics from Hobart College.
John has nearly 30 years of IT and Consulting experience, with over 20 years in Remittance and Payment systems delivery. Prior to joining J&B, John was an independent consultant to the Financial Services Industry leveraging his "Big 5" and Fortune 500 experiences for over three (3) years. John has held various management positions in the past with Unisys, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and other smaller firms. Young holds a BS in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University
Steve has over 20 years of product and program management experience. He has successfully built and delivered software and hardware products and programs into many industry segments including banking, brokerage, insurance and retail industries. Prior to his management roles, Steve was a systems architect for Unisys Corporation and led their architecture team. More recently, Steve's career has included roles as Director of R&D for IDP, prior to that he was Director of Product Marketing for Neoware.
With more than two decades experience in product management and development, Chuck has expertise in remittance and payment systems, treasury management and health care. Rosenberg was a business unit director for J&B from 1999-2004. He is also a former COO of IntegriCor LLC/JC Medical, LLC. He has also held senior positions with American Management Systems and Unisys. Rosenberg is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS in business administration.
