NetQuery^®

Our NetQuery module provides users with Web-based on-line access to transaction data, images and reports stored in a central repository. Information provided by NetQuery is highly configurable and is most often used for performing research, extended data entry or to expedite exception processing. This allows you to rapidly seek out transactions and resolve issues to improve operator efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

NetQuery works through a fully encrypted, password-protected, standard web browser. No additional Internet-related software is required. It can be used for internal purposes or configured for customer self-service with easy-to-use menus and function keys. Transaction data and images are displayed as a result of user defined search criteria. This information can then be viewed, emailed, printed, and/or downloaded in PDF or Excel format.
