A 15 year J&B Software veteran, Natraj has held variety of technology and business management positions. In his role as solutions director, Natraj provides strategic direction and oversight to J&B's installation services and product development and technology group.

Natraj holds a bachelors of technology from BITS, India, masters of technology from Indian Institute of Technology, India and a master in business administration from St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia.
