Jagan has more than 30 years of IT industry experience in business development and offshore delivery model, with the last 6 years being in the U.S.. Prior to joining J&B Software India, Jagan spent the majority of his career with the Tata Group of India in various senior level positions including National Manager in India and later as Regional Director in the U.S. responsible for N. American Operations.

He holds a B Tech in electric engineering and an MS in industrial management both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai.
